xox
Orbit showcased their next generation stroller seat and frame system this year at ABC.
While many companies innovate,
Orbit really does “revolutionize!”

A Review
Orbit truly took thier own product line and really went back to the drawing board to recreate it
Currently Orbit has a toddler stroller seat for their Orbit system.
This is a nice stroller seat but by no means the best on the market.
It is also significantly less innovative than their newborn carseat system.
xox
This G2 models changes that.
For starters, they aren’t calling it a toddler stroller seat anymore since it can be used from birth.
Fabulous!

Here are most of it’s upgrades:

New Stroller seat
- Full newborn recline
- You can swivel and recline the seat in one motion for amazing easy of use (named 3DRotationTM)
- Removable snack tray with cover (store in diaper bag and pop on front bar when needed)
- Footrest has adjustable lengths

xox
- Removable footrest means even longer-legged toddlers can be rear facing
-Vented rear zip-off for keeping kids cooler on hot days
- The seat no longer folds on the frame but it has a much easier to do, compact fold
- New seat shape and design – fits with the Orbit newborn system look much better!

xox
. The stroller frame
From the top:
- the stroller handles are now easily push-button height adjustable.
- the parent tray now has one deeper cupholder

and a dish on two sides for storing parent items like wallet/keys
xox
Middle:
- the frame now had a grey lacquered finish which was scratch-proof

(it is a coating on their current high-grade aluminum material underneath which is the same as current model)
- The basket has a new attachment mechanism for easier attachment/detachment
- The basket has two bottle holders at the ends for easy sippy-cup/bottle grabbing on-to-go
-More interior pockets for easier underneath storage organization

xox
From the Bottom:
- Air-chamber tires means no pumping or leaky tires
- New suspension system for a smoother ride (called QuadShock TM)

xox
And then of course there is the new G2 color addition:Red.
It is a beautiful deep red exterior with a brighter flame red interior
since Orbit always does the main color/contrast color fabrics.
They will keep the Mocha and Black going forward as well.
They are phasing out the current blue/green/pink accessory packs
The base will also only come in black going forward for simplification.
xox
Lastly on the Orbit G2
It will be BACKWARDS and FORWARDS compatible.
This means older system owners can still buy the new seat.
Or you can get the new chassis and seat and still use your old carseat .
xox
Orbit is also releasing a green line of carseat fabrics and footmuffs.
They will be flame-retardant without using any chemicals.
It is due to the fabrics they use instead.
This means you can replace your current Orbit car seat upholstery
for the infant or toddler seats with these “Green” covers.
They will have infant and toddler footmuffs too in their green materials.
